the room was not very clean the bathroom was quite grubby the only shower is outdoors near the pool it was inconvenient during bad weather the location is quite far from ubud it took 35mins to get there

the two-bedroom pool villa was excellent. the rooms were very clean and also spacious and the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom featured both a bathtub and an outside shower (a really nice touch!). the outdoor living room by the private pool was very spacious as well and it was a nice place for room service.

the hotel has several outdoor pools and beautiful gardens where you can wander around peacefully (it's quite therapeutic). free activities like yoga and sound healing sessions are offered. the spa is amazing too.

breakfast included a wide selection of dishes served in a balinese-style restaurant. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the menu offers both local and international cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients.

the villa includes a king-sized bed, a living area, and a private balcony. the bathroom features a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries and the air conditioning worked very well. there was also a mini bar and coffee and tea making facilities.

the food was delicious, with a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning and reasonably priced dinners. the staff were very accommodating and lovely, always happy to assist. their very nice service was a real standout, when i left something behind on the way to canggu, they responded quickly. they even arranged for my item to be sent to me via gosend that same afternoon.
