My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant but had a few hiccups. The charm of the serene environment made up for the inconsistencies in room cleanliness and air conditioning. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, turning an otherwise average experience into a memorable one. However, being away from the Ubud Center required a bit of extra planning for transport, which could deter some guests.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which truly feels like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and tastefully designed, perfect for relaxation, and the surrounded greenery added a nice touch. The service was incredibly accommodating, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. However, the air conditioning units in the room didn't cool as effectively as I had hoped. Overall, it’s a great spot, especially for those looking to unwind, although the transport to town is a bit of a trek.
